ja999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

To access the full functionality of the ja999 platform, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ja999 immediately at [email protected]. Your account must not be used by any third party on your behalf. The following actions are your responsibility and will not exempt you from the consequences of unauthorised use:

• Failure to log out from a shared or public device after your session.
• Allowing a family member, colleague, or any third party to place bets on your account.
• Saving your password in a shared browser without adequate device security.
• Failure to update contact information when your registered email or phone number changes.

ja999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reason to believe that the account details provided are inaccurate, that the account is being used by a third party, or that the player is in violation of any provision of these Terms. In such cases, any pending balance may be withheld pending investigation.

ja999 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable cash once the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before clearing an existing one will cause the existing bonus to expire without conversion.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or placing opposing bets to exploit bonus funds — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, suspension of the account, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• ja999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to eligible players.

Where a specific promotion has individual terms that differ from the general bonus conditions stated above, the promotion-specific terms take precedence. ja999 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from account settings immediately after login. These include configurable daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; and a self-exclusion tool that blocks access to the platform immediately upon activation. Deposit limit reductions take effect instantly. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions made during an active session.

The self-exclusion tool is available to any player who feels that gambling is becoming harmful to their finances, relationships, or daily functioning. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between ja999 and registered players will be conducted in English.
